Chapter 3

Removing the Keyboard

See “Removing the Battery Pack” on page 42.

Turn the computer rightside up and open the lid to the full extent.

Locate the three securing latch at the top of the Keyboard as shown.

Gently lift the Keyboard using one of the keys as shown and unlock the three securing latches above the

, and

Pause/Break

keys by pressing down with a thumb.

IMPORTANT:

The use of a plastic tool may help to release the latches. Do not use excessive force or metal tools.
