Refitting, turning disk

The procedure below details how to refit the turning disk.

Action

Note

1. Lubricate the turning disk o-ring with grease.

Fit the o-ring to the rear of the turning disk.

Also fit the 12 o-rings, when refitting the
attachment screws.

2. Secure the turning disk with its attachment

screws.

The number of attachment screws
depends on which wrist type is used:

6 pcs, M14 x 25

Tightening torque: 174 Nm.

12 pcs, M12 x 30, 12.9 quality Gleitmo.

Tightening torque: 100 Nm.

Reused screws may be used, providing
they are lubricated as detailed in the
section

before fitting.

3. Perform a leak-down test of the gearbox axis 6. Detailed in the section

4. Refill the gearbox 6 with oil.
