Refitting the axis-2 motor

Note

Action

Check that:

•

all assembly surfaces are clean and without
damages

•

the motor is clean and undamaged.

Cooling pad for axis-1 and -2 mo-
tors: 3HAC071020-001

Check the cooling pad.
Replace if damaged, as shown in the following
step.

Screw: M3x5 12.9 Gleitmo
603+Geomet 500 (2 pcs)

Remove the screws.
Replace with a new cooling pad and then refit the
screws.

Tightening torque: 1.2 Nm

Motor orientation: orient the motor
according to the figure below, in
regard to the encircled motor con-
nector.

Orient the motor correctly and fit it into the swing.

Tip

Bend the motor signal cable back towards the
swing support.
