For the 6739i:
1.
Press the
Options
key on the phone to enter the Options List.
2.
Press
Advanced
. A keyboard displays.
3.
Enter the Administrator password using the keyboard. Default is “
22222
”.

Press
SIP
.
5.
Press
User Name
and enter the username that appears in the name field of the SIP URI. This user name is also used for registering the phone
at the registrar.
Note:
The IP phones allow usernames containing dots (“.”). You can also enter the same user name for different registrar and proxy IP addresses.
6.
Press
to scroll to the next screen.
7.
Press
Display Name
and enter the name used in the display name field of the "From SIP" header.
8.
Press
Screen Name
and enter the name to display on the idle screen.
9.
Press
Auth. Name
and enter the authorization name used in the username field of the Authorization header field of the SIP REGISTER
request.
10.
Press
Password
and enter the password used to register the IP phone with the SIP proxy
.
Note:
The IP phones accept numeric passwords only.
11.
Press
until the Options List screen displays.
12.
Press
Restart
to restart the phone for the change to take affect.
For the 6867i:
1.
Press
on the phone to enter the Options List.
2.
Press the

softkey.
3.

.
5.
In the
User Name
