Control Unit
The control unit is a portable device that is used to start, stop, and monitor treatments.

Rail: When the applicator is resting on top of the control unit, the rail helps keep the applicator in
place. In addition, the rail is used as a handle to move the system.
2.
Vents: Vents provide airflow that reduces heat build-up inside the control unit. Ensure all vents are
free from obstructions when the control unit is in operation.
3.
Drawer: The drawer provides storage space for supplies and user documentation.
4.
Casters and Locks: The control unit has four casters that swivel. Each caster has a lock. Always engage
the locks on all four casters before you use the control unit.
5.
Screen: The screen displays system controls, information about the status of the system, information
about the treatment, and messages for the operator.

To engage and release the locks:
1.
Press down on the locking lever with the toe of your shoe.
2.
Pull up on the locking lever with the toe of your shoe.
