Test Procedure

• Test the TA220/FG300 after a thirty-minute warm-up.

• Input the offset modulated FG signal to the TA220, and confirm that the standard

deviation

(jitter) of the pulse width jitter measurement is within the allowable range.

The average value is the reference value.

Test procedure

Set the modulation frequency of the FG300 according to the values in the table

below.

Measure the pulse width of the modulated signal on the TA220, and confirm that

the standard deviation

(jitter) is within the allowable range. The average value
