12.3 Adjusting the Zero Position of the Needle

Check that the power switch is turned OFF.

2.

Adjust the needle by turning the adjustment trimmer 

 with a flat-head

screwdriver so that the needle is vertical.

Explanation

When the zero position of the needle goes off alignment, you can adjust the needle

position using the adjustment trimmer located at the center of the meter. View the analog

meter straight on (eye level perpendicular to the zero line), and adjust so that the needle

is exactly over the zero line.
