9.1 Calibration of Source Functions (Adjustment)
Tip
• You can select to calibrate just the functions and ranges that require calibration.
(Be sure to perform both zero point and full scale (FS) calibration of
the same range together.)
• Calibration of thermocouple (TC) and resistance temperature detector (RTD)
takes place at the same time as calibration of the100 mV and 500 Ω ranges.

(3) Calibration Procedure
Connect the instrument in accordance with the function and range to be
calibrated. Refer to "(2) Connection Diagrams."

Simultaneously press the CLEAR and ENTER keys to switch to
setting mode.

Use the ▲ ▼ key to select source (SEt SrC).

Press the ENTER key to confirm the selection.

Use the ▲ ▼ key to select the calibration (SrC CAL) setting.

Press the ENTER key to confirm the selection.

Use the FUNCTION and RANGE keys to set the range to calibrate.
(The output full scale value of the selected range appears on
the bottom row.)

Press the ENTER key to confirm the setting.

Start zero-point calibration:
The CAL and ZERO segments light, the output setting value of
the instrument appears on the bottom row, and the zero point
calibration value of the selected range appears on the top row.
