Front and rear shock absorber adjustment
The spring preload can be adjusted to suit the
rider’s weight and riding conditions.
NOTE:

When adjusting the rear shock absorbers, the
rear wheels need to be removed. (See pages
8-46–8-47 for removal and installation proce-
dures.)

Adjust the spring preload as follows.
To increase the spring preload, turn the ad-
