The four required fields, Meter ID, Meter Type, Account ID, and Service Address are
displayed at the top of the screen. The MXU ID, if used, is also displayed along with Port
Number, Port Type and Port Channel.
Several tabs display in the middle of the screen: Readings, Notes, Questions, Imported
Data, and Work Order. The
Readings
tab shows the reading(s), date and times, as well as
the reading sequence. The
Notes
tab shows the note code(s) for the account along with
the date and time the note code was entered. If a question was loaded on the HHD, the
Questions
tab shows the question(s), answer(s), and the date and time for each entry. The
Imported Data
tab shows optional imported information such as the multiplier, units of
measurement, register text, displayed text, and the high and low limits. The
Work Order
tab
shows the work performed details on a work order record.
Note
:
The information in the Imported Data screen is provided by the billing software, and will
not be present if it has not been set up in the interface between AutoRead and the billing
software.
Note
:
If data has not yet been retrieved from the HHD, there are no readings, notes, answered
questions, or completed work orders listed.
The Route Exceptions Tab
The
Route Exceptions
tab (if available) displays any records in the Import file from the
Billing software that had an exception to the route. Any meters that are removed from
the route are placed in the
Route Exceptions
tab. The AutoRead software removes any
accounts with a route exception from the route at import and therefore before they are
loaded into the reading device. If an exception exists, AutoRead will place a bold (e) next
to the name of the route in the
Process Routes (Global View)
screen to let you know that
exceptions are present.
