followed in the field, the Non Route Meter will appear on the Non Route Exception Report.
The date and time is noted.
Once found on the Non Route Report you can move to the Master Route Report printed
sequentially and will find the Non Route Meter at the correct date and time and see that the
very next entry on the report is a manual entry of the same reading.
You now have the Meter ID that is actually at the address as the Non Route, and the Meter
ID that is in billing on the manually entered line with the account number and address. If
Meter IDs are identical, then the problem is with the Meter Type coming from the Billing
System. If they are different IDs, then you know the correct ID is the Non Route Meter ID.
Not at Displayed Location (Message on HHD)
The
Not at Displayed Location
message means that the HHD found a match for

. This will move the HHD display to the location where the reading was entered.
If that is the correct location, then pressing the

key will move you to the next
address and you may continue reading the rest of the route.
• If you are at the correct address you will first need to manually enter the proper reading
for this location. (The reading can be viewed on the 4090 TouchGun or on the HHD by
pressing
Shift
, then
Last
. After recording the information, press the
ESC
key to get
back to the address.) You will also want to enter a note indicating the correct Meter ID
and Type for that address so that it may be easily corrected back in the office. Once the
reading and note are entered, you will need to find out what account the HHD improperly
recorded this reading for. The TouchPad can be read giving the
Not at Displayed
Location
message again. After the message has displayed, the location the reading
was improperly placed at can be viewed by pressing
Shift
,
Last

Search
and
the HHD will move the display to the location the reading was entered at. A note can

not previously read, it can be corrected when encountered later in the route. In order to
