Modo manuale:

Quando l’apparecchio si trova in modalità manuale (situazione evidenziata
dalla accensione del LED rosso e dalla scritta sul sinottico del display) esso
non sorveglia lo stato dei pressostati.
x
In questa modalità è possibile azionare i tasti manuali START A e START B
per verificare il corretto funzionamento del sistema durante gli interventi di
verifica e manutenzione.
x
I suddetti tasti sono operativi solo in modo Manuale oppure in caso di avaria
interna della scheda di controllo.
Procedura di test
x
La procedura di verifica periodica comporta la simulazione di perdita
pressione dell’impianto con il conseguente tentativo di avviamento automatico.
x
Da normativa, si deve verificare che, impedendo artificialmente l’avvio del
motore (chiusura carburante) il sistema sia in grado di effettuare tutti i tentativi
di avviamento previsti e di generare l’allarme A31.
x
In conseguenza di questa situazione, il carburante deve essere ripristinato e si
deve verificare che il successivo ciclo di avviamenti abbia successo. Questo
secondo ciclo di avviamenti viene iniziato in seguito alla pressione del tasto
MAN TEST (led giallo attivato).
Manual mode
x
If the device is on manual mode (situation highlight by the red LED turned on
and by the text on the synoptic), it does not monitor the pressure switches
status.
x
On this operating mode, it is possible to press the keys START A and START
B to verify the correct behavior of the system during the verification and
maintenance work.
x
These keys are operative only in manual mode or in case of internal control
board failure.
Test procedure
x
The periodical test procedure involves the simulation of pressure loss with the
consequent automatic start attempt.
x
From norm, you have to check that, preventing artificially the engine starting
(fuel closing), the system is able to do all the starting attempts expected and
generate the alarm A31.
x
From this situation, the fuel must be restored and you must verify that the next
cycle of starting attempts is successful. This second cycle of starting attempts
begins with the pressing of the key MAN TEST (LED yellow turned on)
x
The alarm can only be reset if the start is successful.
x

è possibile avviare il motore
simulando la mancanza di segnale dal pressostato. La durata e la pausa dei
tentativi di avviamento sono quelli previsti dalla norma nella prova di messa in
servizio in sito. Per tutta la durata della prova la centralina mantiene attivo il
magnete. Questo consente di eseguire la verifica dell’esecuzione di tutti i
tentativi di avviamento impedendo il flusso del carburante, senza dovere
scollegare fisicamente l’alimentazione del carburante.
In aternativa premendo il tasto ◄, è possibile avviare il motore simulando la
mancanza di segnale dal pressostato. Chiudere manualmente la valvola
carburante presente nel serbatoio.

Ogni volta che i test sono eseguiti la data di esecuzione viene salvata e mostrata
a display.

Acquisizione RPM del motore:
l’impostazione è protetta da PW a livello avanzato quando abilitata;
Avviare il motore, quando il motore raggiunge il regime con una velocità
costante premere contemporaneamente

per avviare la procedura di
auto acquisizione dei giri motore. Durante la procedura è comunque
possibile aumentare e diminuire il valore dei giri motore premendo β per
diminuire e ΰ per aumentare.

emulating the lack of signal from the pressure switch. Time and pause of the starting
attempts are according to the standards for commissioning. For the entire duration
of the test, the control unit keeps the magnet active. This allows you to check the
execution of all starting attempts by preventing the flow of fuel, without having to
physically disconnect the fuel supply.
Alternatively, by pressing the ◄ key, it is possible to start the motor by simulating
the lack of signal from the pressure switch. Manually close the fuel valve in the tank.

Every time the tests are performed, the execution date is saved and shown on the
display.
