Xerox FaxCentre F12 User Guide

Setting the Language

If the machine language requires changing, follow the
instructions below to change the Enter Language setting.

Press [Menu/Exit] on the control panel. The display shows
menu with the first menu item; 1:2-UP COPY indicated.

Press

until ‘6:MACHINE SETUP’ is indicated, then

press [Enter].

Press the

navigation keys repeatedly until

‘LANGUAGE’ is displayed then press [Enter].

Using the

navigation keys, to display the

required language option and press [Enter].

The language will change to the required setting.

Press [Stop/Clear] to exit.
