Select the paper tray containing the first stock using the Insert Tray option on the
right of the screen.
If printing on tab stock and the image requires shifting, use the Tab Image Shift
option to enter the shift amount required.
Second Insert
Tray
If a second stock is required, use this option to program the inserts requiring a
different stock.
Select the Second Insert Tray option. Using the up/down scroll buttons, enter the
page number of the first insert requiring the second stock and select Add Insert. The
page number displays in the Insert Page as Side window. If a page number is
entered incorrectly, use the Delete Last Insert option to remove it from the window.
Continue entering page numbers until all the inserts requiring the second stock
have been programed.
Select the paper tray containing the second stock using the Insert Tray option on
the right of the screen.
If printing on tab stock and the image requires shifting, use the Tab Image Shift
option to enter the shift amount required.
HINT: You can switch between the First Insert Tray and Second Insert Tray
options at anytime during programing.
