Image Shift
This feature enables the position of the image on the page to be adjusted.
Options:
No Shift
The image position is not adjusted.
Auto Center
Use to automatically center the scanned image on the output paper.
Margin Shift
Use to create a binding edge for the document. The image can be adjusted up or
down on the page and/or shifted to the right or left. Use the up/down scroll buttons
to adjust the amount of shift. The image can be shifted between 0 and 2.0", in 0.1"
increments.
Margin Shift options are as follows:
Side 1 Shifts the image on Side 1.
Side 2
Shifts the image on Side 2. The shift on Side 2 can be set to mirror the shift
on Side 1 or adjusted independently.
