Comment
Use to add a comment to your copy output. A new or existing comment can
be added.
Select
Top or Bottom for the comment location and then Left , Center or Right
for the comment position.
Select the comment required using the up/down scroll buttons or enter a new
comment using the
Keypad button. To edit an existing comment, select the
comment in the list and select the Keypad button.
Select which pages you want to print on.
Pagination
Use to print a page number on your copy output. A prefix can also be added
to the page number using the
Bates Stamp option. Page numbers are
automatically sequenced by 1. For 2-sided output, the page number is
printed on both sides and count as 2 pages.
Select
Page Number or Bates Stamp .
Select Top or Bottom for the number location and then Left , Center or Right
for the number position.
Select the comment required using the up/down scroll buttons or enter a new
comment using the
Keypad button. Enter the page number you wish to start
at in the Page Number box. If Bates Stamp is selected, use the keypad to
enter the prefix required. Up to 8 characters can be added.
