nature of the problem, the Machine Serial number, the fault code (if any) plus the
name and location of your company.

Locating the serial number

NOTE: The serial number can also be found on a metal plate inside the front door.

button on

the control panel.

Select the

[Faults]

tab to see

details of recent faults,
together with fault codes.

Select

[Machine Details]

display the Customer
