Maintenance schedule
•
Initial oil replacement is recommended after the first 300 hours of operation.
•
Replace oil every 1000 working hours or six months whichever comes first.
•
Check magnetic plug during every oil change for any evidence of metal shavings and grease bushings
in heads with Klüber paste ALTEMP Q NB 50, or equal.
•
Check oil level every 300 hours.
•
Confirm PPD main shaft
endplay
every 1000 hours.
Endplay on main shaft must be between 0.012-0.020 in [0.3-0.5mm].
