Display Problems
Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and turned on.
Check that the power main’s input fuse is functioning properly (replace if defec-
tive).
Ensure electrical outlet is working by plugging in another device (e.g. radio, fan).
Check the main fuse and circuit breaker.
Reconnect/replace safety magnet in the proper position.
Secure the display-to-interface cable on both the interface board and at the back of
the display board. To access the interface board, see Section 6.3.
Check the power at the J10 Molex connector on the interface board using a volt-
meter. Attach the leads to Pin 1 and Pin 2 (red and black) on the J10 connector.
-
Good voltage should be between 12-15 VDC.
-
If voltage is bad, the interface board should be replaced. Contact WOODWAY
Customer Service.
-
If voltage is good, the issue is with either the display-to-interface cable or the
display board. Contact WOODWAY Customer Service.
Ensure the treadmill is connected to a separate power line.
Low line-voltage and excessive load may cause the treadmill to reset.
The power supply for the display on the interface card may be defective. Contact
WOODWAY Customer Service for assistance.

Running Surface Belt Problems
If the running surface belt seems to be stuck, is difficult to move, or does not move, try
the following:
Is the safety magnet in place?
If the display and incline are working, check for any obstacles and remove them if
possible.
Unplug the treadmill and wait 60 seconds before reconnecting it to a power source.
Contact WOODWAY Customer Service to determine where the cause of the prob-
lem could be.
If the treadmill only increases to max. speed (i.e. no incremental values are accepted),
try the following:
If the belt accelerates to max. speed and the screen displays the speed accurately,
a command button is stuck.
Unplug the side control harness from the back of the display board (if applicable).
This is the biggest connector on the back of the display board.
With the side control harness unplugged, turn the display ON. If the problem goes
away, the side controls need to be replaced.
If the problem persists, the display board needs to be replaced.
