8.0. Service
8.8. Replacing ribbed V-belt
ATTENTION:
Only replace the drive
belt when the machine is
attached to a tractor.
The tractor must be
switched off and secured
against being switched
on accidentally.
Remove the drive protection
(A) (see 6.4).
Loosen the hexagonal nut (B)
and unscrew until the tension
pulley lever with the tension
roller (C) can be moved
easily.
Unscrew both headless
setscrews (D).
Screw one of the headless
setscrews into the bores (E)
until the v-ribbed wheel (F)
and the clamping bushing (G)
separate. Pull the clamping
bushing (G) off the shaft.
Take off the old v-ribbed
belt.
