ERGO VERSION Display Disassembly
This section describes the methods used to disassemble and repair the ELI 380 ERGO display and the tools required
to perform the defined steps.
Cautions and Special Instructions
CAUTION: Risk of Explosion.
DO NOT SHORT battery terminals. Leave the protective covers on the battery terminals until assembly
into the base unit.
CAUTION: Risk of Shock.
Line voltage may be present on the power supply of the device. Use caution when the device housing is
removed and AC power is applied.
ATTENTION:
PCB assembly contains ESD sensitive devices. Use appropriate precaution when
handling electronic assemblies.
ATTENTION:
PCB assembly contains mechanically sensitive electrical devices. Handle with extreme
care to reduce the stress on solder connections.
ATTENTION:
Before applying all adhesive backed materials, clean surface with alcohol to make sure
it is clean and oil free.
