10.7 Delta-T cooking

How it works

Delta-T cooking is a cooking program in which the oven temperature increases as a function of the

food's core temperature When using this method, you will always have to use the core temperature

probe.

The Delta-T cooking program

The program data is entered using the 'Cooking' page. You will need to enter the following values:
