How to access the 'Cooking' page
Using Delta-T Cooking
Follow the steps below to set up a cooking program with Delta-T cooking:

Select one of the two following basic cooking programs:
'Steam' or 'Hot air'.

Open the 'Extra Cooking Functions' Page.

Press Delta-T cooking.
Result:
You will be taken to the Delta-T mode, indicated by:

Enter the Delta temperature.

Enter the end core temperature.
Result:
If your cooking program consists of one cooking step only,
or if this was the last cooking step in your cooking program,
you are now done setting up your program.

If you want to add another cooking step to the cooking pro‐
gram, continue to step 7.

Add a cooking step.

Repeat steps 1 through 6.
