HOW TO FILL WITH PRODUCT
The optimum use of the mixer
requires that the product is filled
when the tools are in rotation.
Starting the mixer filled with prod-
uct would require a much more
powerful drive motor.
If the mixer accidentally stops-
eg, due to an emergency shut-
down or a power down, if the
mixer has not been designed to
start with a full load, will require
the following sequence:
- start the mixer in manual mode.
If the plough tools do not move,
disconnect the power without
waiting for the circuit breaker on
the main board to trip.
- Wait for the hydraulic coupling
(if installed) to cool down.
- Ouvrir la bouche de décharge-
ment.
- Repeat manual mixer start up.
- If the rotor is still blocked, do not
persist since your run the risk of
damaging the transmission.
- Open the mixer and empty man-
ually as described M.51
WARNING
Working inside the mixer is
dangerous. Therefore, discon-
nect the electric power supply
at the main keylock switch and
remove the key to prevent acci-
dental turning. Clamp the rotor
so that it cannot move.
The keylock switch key must
be kept by the person carrying
out the work inside the mixer.
To work in safe conditions, the
operator must wear suitable
clothing such as respirators,
goggles, etc.
- Now repeat manual start up with
the assistance of an expert op-
erator.
TÄYTTÖ
Toimintatehon maksimoimiseksi
täyttö on tehtävä laitteen ollessa
käynnissä. Jos laite on käynnis-
tettävä silloin kun se on täynnä,
moottori joutuu työskelentemään
suuremmalla rasituksella.
Jos laite sammuu esimerkiksi
hätäpysäytyksen tai virran katke-
amisen takia eikä sitä ole suunni-
teltu käynnistettäväksi täydellä
kuormalla, on meneteltävä seu-
raavasti:
- käynnistä sekoitin manuaalises-
ti. Jos sekoitinruvit eivät liiku,
älä odota että lämpörele lauke-
aa vaan katkaise virta välittö-
mästi.
- Odota, että nestekytkin (jos on)
on jäähtynyt.
- Avaa poistoliitäntä.
- Käynnistä sekoitin uudelleen
manuaalisesti.
- Jos rottorin akseli on edelleen
juuttuneena, älä toista menet-
telyä, sillä tämä vahingoittaa
moottoria.
- Avaa tarkistusluukut ja tyhjen-
nä sekoitin manuaalisesti sivul-
la M.51 kuvatulla tavalla.
VAROITUS
Sekoittimen sisällä työskente-
ly on vaarallista. Sekoittimen
virransyöttö on katkaistava
pääkytkimestä, jossa on tahat-
toman käynnistyksen estävä
turva-avain.
Avaimen on oltava huoltoa te-
kevän henkilön hallussa.
Huoltoa tekevällä henkilöllä on
oltava yllään asianmukainen
suojavarustus (hengityksen-
suojain, suojalasit jne.)
- Tämän jälkeen laite on käynnis-
tettävä uudelleen manuaalises-
ti.

L’ottimale utilizzo del mescolato-
re richiede il caricamento del pro-
dotto con gli utensili in rotazione.
La partenza del mescolatore già
caricato del prodotto, richiedereb-
be una maggiore potenza della
motorizzazione.
In caso di fermata accidentale,
dovuta ad esempio ad un arresto
in emergenza o per una improv-
visa mancanza di corrente, se il
mescolatore non è stato conce-
pito per l’avviamento a pieno ca-
rico occorre:
- avviare il mescolatore in ma-
nuale. Se i vomeri non si muo-
vono, togliere corrente senza
attendere l’intervento del relè
termico installato nel quadro
elettrico principale.
- Attendere il raffreddamento del
giunto idrodinamico (se instal-
lato).
- Aprire la bocca di scarico.
- Ripetere l’avviamento in manua-
le del mescolatore.
- Se il rotore resta ancora blocca-
to, non insistere per non dan-
neggiare la trasmissione.
- Accedere all’interno del mesco-
latore e procedere manualmen-
te al suo svuotamento, come
descritto a pag. M.51.
ATTENZIONE
E’ pericoloso operare all’inter-
no del mescolatore, pertanto è
necessario scollegare l’alimen-
tazione elettrica dell’interrutto-
re generale provvisto di chia-
ve di sicurezza contro l’avvia-
mento accidentale e bloccare
in modo sicuro il rotore.
La chiave deve essere in pos-
sesso della persona che ese-
gue l’operazione.
L’operatore per operare in si-
curezza dovrà indossare indu-
menti adatti allo scopo quali
respiratori, occhiali antinfortu-
nistici ecc.
- Quindi rifare l’avviamento in
manuale, assistiti da personale
esperto.
COMMENT RÉALISER LE
CHARGEMENT DU PRODUIT
Pour une utilisation optimale du
mélangeur le chargement du pro-
duit doit être fait avec les outils
en rotation. La mise en marche
du mélangeur déjà chargé re-
quiert une motorisation plus puis-
sante.
En cas d’arrêt accidentel, par
exemple à cause d’un arrêt d’ur-
gence ou d’une coupure de cou-
rant, si le mélangeur n’a pas été
conçu pour le démarrage à plei-
ne charge, il faut:
- démarrer le mélangeur en mode
manuel. Si les socs ne se dé-
placent pas, couper le courant
sans attendre l’intervention du
relais thermique de l’armoire
électrique principale.
- Attendre le refroidissement du
joint hydrodynamique (s’il est
prévu).
- Ouvrir la bouche de décharge-
ment.
- Répéter la mise en marche
manuelle du mélangeur.
- Si le rotor reste encore bloqué,
ne pas insister afin de ne pas
endommager l’entraînement.
- Accéder à l’intérieur du mélan-
geur et procéder manuellement
à la vidange comme décrit à
page M.51.
ATTENTION
El est dangereux d’opérer à
l’intérieur du mélangeur. Dé-
brancher l’alimentation électri-
que de l’interrupteur général
muni d’une clé de sécurité con-
tre le démarrage accidentel et
bloquer le rotor de manière
sûre.
La personne qui effectue l’opé-
ration doit avoir la clé avec elle.
L’opérateur doit porter des vê-
tements appropriés pour tra-
vailler en toute sécurité tels
que masques, lunettes de pro-
tection, etc.
- Puis essayer de nouveau la mise
en marche en manuel, avec l’as-
sistance d’une personne expé-
rimentée.
