Product discharge flap valve “1”
is operated by a actuator “2”
that must be connected to the
compressed air supply circuit
(see layout on page M.24).
- Install an air filter/pressure re-
ducer/ condensation remover/
lubricator and connect it to sole-
noid “3”.
Set the air pressure at 6 bar. This
pressure should be increased if
the product has a high powder
content or when the seals on the
door begin to wear and there is a
problem with holding the seal.
La bocca “1” di scarico del pro-
dotto viene azionata dall’attuato-
re “2” che deve essere allacciato
alla linea di alimentazione aria
(vedi schema a pag. M.24).
- Installare un gruppo filtro-ridut-
tore-separatore-oliatore del-
l’aria ed allacciarlo all’elettro-
valvola “3”.
Regolare la pressione dell’aria a
6 bar. Tale pressione dovrà es-
sere aumentata quando il prodot-
to è molto polverulento, oppure
quando la guarnizione della boc-
ca inizia ad usurarsi, creando
problemi di tenuta.

La bouche “1” de déchargement
du produit est actionnée par lac-
tionneur “2” qui doit être raccor-
dé à la ligne d’alimentation de l’air
(voir schéma à la page M.24).
- Installer un ensemble filtre-ré-
ducteur-séparateur-huileur de
l’air et le relier à l’électrovanne
“3”.
Régler la pression de l’air à 6
bars. Cette pression doit être
augmentée quand le produit est
très pulvérulent, ou quand le joint
de la bouche commence à s’user
et qu’il crée des problèmes
d’étanchéité.

- Asenna suodatin, paineenalen-
nin, kondenssinpoistin ja voite-
lunippa magneettiventtiiliin 3.
Aseta ilmanpaineeksi 6 bar. Pai-
netta on lisättävä, jos käsiteltävä
aine on voimakkaasti pölyävää
tai jos luukun tiiviste alkaa kulu-
misen vuoksi aiheuttaa tiivistys-
ongelmia.

- Use a “Rylsan” hose whose di-
ameter is adequate for the fit-
ting, connect the air line “A” to
fitting “3” on the solenoid and
connect the solenoid energiz-
ing wires to coil “4”.
