defines variables and trap types used to report on the state of physical components
of the host computer.
VMWARE-ENV-MIB.mib
defines two traps:

vmwEnvHardwareEvent
, which is sent when an ESXi host has detected a material change in the physical
condition of the hardware.
n vmwESXEnvHardwareEvent
, which is sent when an ESX host has detected a material change in the physical
condition of the hardware.
