To add a picture with the Picture tool:
1. Click the Picture tool; then click on the page where you want the

picture to be located.

The Open dialog box appears.

2. Select Bitmap Files as the file type from the drop-down list.

3. Select the name of the picture.

4. Click Open. The picture appears on the page.
