6.8.2 Warnings
Alarm
Description
Warning - HT30-01 Heater Not
Started
The heater has been energised but the digital input
to say its running has not come on.
Warning - HT30-01 Heater Not
Stopped
The heater has been de-energised but the digital
input to say its running has remained on.
Warning - CDI Concentrate Low
Flow - Power to CDI Disabled
While in service if the CDI concentrate flow drop
below a configurable percent setting this warning is
generated and the power to the CDI(s) are disabled.
Warning - Hardness Monitor Input
Failed
The digital input from the harness monitor has gone
low. If this continues for a configurable time the
alarm will become fatal.
Warning - pH Monitor Input Failed
The digital input from the pH meter has gone low. If
this continues for a configurable time the alarm will
become fatal.
Warning - Chlorine Monitor Input
Failed
The digital input from the chlorine meter has gone
low. If this continues for a configurable time the
alarm will become fatal.
Warning - CIP Over Temperature -
Stage Advanced
During the CIP recirculation stage if the tank
temperate goes above a configuration set point this
alarm warning is raised and the pump control
becomes cyclic.
Warning - CIP Periodic Pump
Control Initiated

Warning - Degasser Air Flow
Switch not on
The degasser digital output has been energised but
the corresponding digital input has not gone high
while the alarm time.
Warning - Degasser Air Flow
Switch not off
The degasser digital output has been de-energised
but the corresponding digital input has remained on.
Warning - Incomplete Hot Water
Sanitisation
There has been a problem while the hot water
sanitise process.
Warning - Tank Low Level
The water tank has gone low while in service, the
unit shops and waits for the water level to resume. If
this happens more than a configurable number in a
24 hour period the alarm becomes fatal
Warning - RO Clean Required
While in service, if corrected flux value has remained
below the set point for 1 hour this warning is
generated. Once this warning has been accepted it
will not be generated again until the next day.
Warning - Power Fail - Power now
Restored
This warning is generated when the power is
restored so the operator knows there has been a
power outage.
Warning - Over Temp Feed Water
This warning is generate by means of a digital input
from the Thornton meter when the feed temperature
