For a unit fitted with a UF ( as seen below ) the permeate is set higher to take into account the extra
loss of the UF recycle after the CDI stage.

e.g. for a 2000 unit the Permeate will be set to ( 2000 + UF Recycle ) / 0.9

(2000 + 104 ) / 0.9 = 2338 and a CDI concentrate inlet flow of 233.
