Description

Warning - Over Temp Permeate
Water
This warning is generate by means of a digital input
from the Thornton meter when the permeate
temperature is above a set point. If in service and
feeding the process the system diverts to recycle.
Warning - Low Flow - Permeate -

This warning is generated if the flow has remained
outside the allowable band for a time.

Warning - Poor Final Conductivity
The final conductivity reading is above the
configurable set point. If the unit was feeding the
process the feed is diverted to recycle.
Warning - Poor Final Temperature
The final temperature reading is above the
configurable set point. If the unit was feeding the
process the feed is diverted to recycle.
Warning - Poor Final TOC
The final TOC reading is above the configurable set
point. If the unit was feeding the process the feed is
diverted to recycle.
Warning - Salt Tank 1 Low Level
This warning is generated when the low level in the
brine tank become un covered.
Warning - Salt Tank 2 Low Level
This warning is generated when the low level in the
brine tank become un covered.
Warning - UV Energised Input
Failed
The digital input from the contactor powering the UV
control box is not on.
Warning - UV Healthy Input Failed
The digital input from the UV control box has gone
low.
Warning - Analogue Input CDI1
Current Out of Range
This analogue input has remained out of range for 30
seconds. It is either less than 3.75 mA or greater
than 20.25 mA
