6.6 COMMAND BUTTONS AND STATUS INFORMATIOM
The lower section of the screen is reserved from the command buttons and status information as
seen below:-
The Shutdown / Service buttons are placed on most screens. However, the Service button is
replaced by the Start HWS on the HWS screen and Start Clean on the CIP screens.
While the unit is running the Product Flow and units Recovery are calculated and displayed.
The product flow is calculated as follows:-
Permeate Flow
– CDI Concentrate Inlet flow ( systems without UF recycle )
Permeate Flow
– CDI Concentrate Inlet flow – UF Recycle ( systems with UF recycle )
The Unit Recovery is calculated as follows:-
( Product Flow Out / product Flow In )x 100
If there is a problem with the PLC the PLC status box will show Stopped in red as seen below.
The Alarm button will animate red if any alarms are present in the system as seen below.
Press the alarm button to access the alarm screen.
