5.4 Dual Air Intake Filter Replacement

The air intake filters should be checked at least every 12 months to ensure proper airflow
through the control unit.

To replace the dual air intake filters:

1. Grasp the fan filter guard at the clips

on the sides or top and bottom, and pinch

together lightly.

2. Pull the fan filter guard off toward you.

3. Remove the filter element and discard it.

4. Place a new filter element into the housing.

5. Snap the fan filter guard back into place on the front of the control unit.

6. Repeat the procedure for the other filter.
