Vacuum is weak.
Vacuum nozzle and/or piping is
clogged.
Clean nozzle and tube. See “10-7 Clean or
replace the nozzle coupler” and “10-8 How
to remove piping (hose)”.
Filter cartridge is clogged.

Pouch is wrinkled and air is leaking
in.
Pull both sides of the pouch tight, make
sure the nozzle tip is as close to the product
as possible during air removal. (Ref. “8-7
Place a pouch to the sealing area”)
Sheet valve of pump is damaged.
Replace vacuum pump sheet valve or send
unit for repair.

a monkey wrench.

Tighten screw with screwdriver.
The pouch is not set correctly. (Nozzle
is not inserted in the pouch.)
Turn off he power switch and start again.
Pump is running but there is no
vacuum.
Piping or the elbow between the

Clean nozzle and tube. See “10-6 Clean
and replace the nozzle”.
Vacuum pump does not operate.
Micro switch for pump, vacuum button, or
timer board may be damaged.

or return to the initial position by
pressing the nozzle IN/OUT button.
The photo interrupters for sensing the lever
opening, nozzle IN/OUT button, or nozzle
motor may be damaged.
