[Essential tools] Scissors, Phillips screwdriver
[Replace when] Fluoro glass sheet is ripped, burned, or
when seals become irregular.
Fluoro glass sheets are sold separately or as parts in a
maintenance parts kit.

Loosen three (a) holder securing screws, and
pull out the edge of (b)fluoro glass sheet.

Loosen (c) white plastic nuts so that (b)the
fluoro glass sheet can be pulled forward in the
direction of the allow.

Cut the damaged part of (b) the fluoro glass
sheet with scissors.

Set the end of (b) fluoro glass sheet between
(d) holding bracket and (e)holder, and fasten (a)
securing screws.

Roll up (f) roll bar to lose the slack of (b)fluoro
glass sheet.

Tighten (c)white plastic nuts and fix (f) roll bar.

[Replace when] The heating element breaks,
unevenness is generated, or when the
seal becomes messy.
The heating element is either sold individually or
included in the maintenance parts kit.
Electrodes that mount the heating element consist of
parts as in the right illustration.

longer screw as a substitute for it.
Otherwise, there is a possibility of
electrical short by touching
Caution
When replacing the heating element, be
sure to check the damage of glass tape or
Sarcon sheet. If they are damaged,

sealer's frame directly, and it may occur
the electrical short.
TIPS
Heating element can be replaced without
removing the electrode cover to prevent
the loss of electrode or screws.
