Use the arrow buttons to select the desired test
pattern.
Press the button to go to PATTERN NAME
editing screen.
Use arrow buttons and compose the desired
pattern name, using alphabets (A-Z) and numeric values
(0- 9). Press SETUP key again to save the edited pattern
name.
Press
button to go to PEEL ORG setting screen.
PEEL ORG is the distance between the clamps at the
initial position before the test.
Available selections : 10mm (0.4”) / 25mm (1”)
(Select 10mm for testing high elastic material.)
Use arrow buttons to select the desired setting.
Press
button to go to PEEL SPEED setting
screen.
PEEL SPEED is the traveling speed of the clamp base
to pull the specimen apart. (= separation rate)
Available selections : 200mm/min. / 300mm/min
Use arrow buttons to select the desired setting.
Press
button to go to TEST MODE setting screen.
TEST MODE is the way to detect the completion of the
test.
Available selections : AUTO / MANUAL
When AUTO is selected, the machine automatically
recognizes the breakage of the specimen and finishes
the testing.
Select MANUAL for testing a material with low peel
strength or material with wide range of peel strength.
Press
button to finish the test.
Use arrow buttons to select the desired setting.
Press
button to go to next setting screen.
