1 Please prepare for one sealed sterilized bag.
2 Press the button to display the following.
3 Insert the sterilized bag to the groove under the
VIU lens. When the bag/ film is inserted, the
display will show the following.
4 Carefully inspect the sealing surface of the
inserted sterilized bag.
5 The / buttons will be activated after
3 seconds the bag is inserted and the display
will show “FILM ON.”
Press button when there are no defects in
sealing.
Press button when the sealing defect is
perceived. The following will be displayed.
Pressing the button will switch the displayed
number from 1 to 9. Select the corresponding
number of the failure out of 9 possible seal
failure causations. For the detail of the failure
causations, please refer to the attached card.
Press the
button when the desired number
is displayed. VIU inspection is now complete.

<Counter Reset>
As the number of inspection proceeds, the
numeric value of the counter increases
one at a time from 0001 to 9999. When
you want to reset the counter to 0001,
push the right and left arrows at the same
time.
