Operate the machine as described in the following safeguards.
Van der Stahl Scientific shall not be responsible for any damages results from the misuse of the
machine against this operating direction.
Warning
･
This machine consists of the high performance sensor
and electric circuit that is applied by the distortion
gauge. Avoid rapid temperature change, high humidity,
water, dusts, and strong shock.
･ This machine is tensile load measuring equipment. Do
not use the machine other than measuring tensile
load.
･ The operating temperature range for this machine is
from 5 to 40 ºC (41 to 104 ºF). For accuracy, it is ideal
that the machine is used in the temperature described
in the certificate of inspection.
･ Regardless of the power being ON or OFF, do not twist
or apply force exceeding rated capacity to the sensor
measurement axis.
･ When tensile testing the material that might break or
whose fragment may scatter, please operate the
machine after making sure to protect yourself from
getting injured.
･ Do not disassemble or modify the machine.
･ Remove the thin-film grip on the measurement-side
when not using the machine in order to prevent the
damage to the measuring axis.
