PUSH START KEY
2 Press the button. The operation pattern
selection display will be shown on the screen.
4 The right display will show on the screen when
the grip is at the initial position.

Using the button, select the desired operation
pattern. For the detail of pattern setting, please
refer to
“6-5-13 <MENU 1> Pattern setting.”
Press the button when the desired test
pattern is displayed on the screen. The grip will
move to the set grip distance.
5 Pull up the levers and insert the specimen to the
thin-film grips.

Caution
When the grip is moving, please be
careful not to pinch your fingers.
Attention
When operating the machine
continuously, pattern selection will
be skipped from the second
operation.
TIPS
<Counter Reset>
As the number of inspection
proceeds, the numeric value of the
counter increases one at a time
from 0001 to 9999. When you want
to reset the counter to 0001, push
the right and left arrows at the same
time.
Caution
Read the “Instructions for how to
set the specimen to the grips” and
“How to use the clamping-type grip”
when setting the specimen to the
grips.
