ERROR No Description Cause Solutions
ERROR 55 Speed error
The peel speed is out of speed
range (±5mm/min.). Please contact your local dealer.

ERROR 56
Overload
(Exceeding the
rated capacity)
The peel strength exceeded the
rated capacity (100N) Press the ENTER button to return the grip
to the initial position. This error is displayed
to prevent the damage to the machine, and
does not indicate the machine problem.
ERROR 57 Load-cell error
The load is applied to the load cell
while the clamp base is returning to
the initial position. This error is displayed to prevent the
damage to the machine, and does not
indicate the machine problem.

ERROR 58 Load-cell error
There is more than ±3N load applied
to the load-cell when the test is
starting. &RQ¿UPQRORDGLVDSSOLHGWRWKHJULSRQWKH
measurement side. Restart the PTT-100V.
ERROR 59 Motor control error
The motor detected overload. Check if the foreign object is stuck under the
grip on the moving side.
ERROR 60 Error Jamming
This error is displayed when the grip
speed changes. Check if the foreign object is stuck under the
grip on the moving side.

ERROR 80 Memory error
An error was detected while writing

ERROR 90 Timer error
An error of the internal clock. Set the date/ time again.
This message may be displayed when the
rapid decrease in power voltage occurs.

ERROR 91 Battery error
The voltage of the backup battery is
low. The replacement of the battery is required.
Please contact or your local dealer.
Press the ENTER button to return to the

WARNING Overload
Excessive load is applied to the
load-cell during idling. Remove the load. Contact your local dealer
when the warning continues.
