Setup the Bowl Feeder
1.
On the HMI, select
Bowl
from the tab menu on the left to open the
Bowl Setup
Tab
.

Ensure the correct track size is installed for the part which will be run.

Load parts into the
Bowl Feeder.
4.
In the HMI Bowl Settings Tab, turn the Linear Vibratory to
Enabled
. The
Linear
Track
will turn on and activate the
Bowl
and
Hopper
, feeding parts into the
Bowl
.
5.
Manually adjust the
Vibratory Controls
on the Bowl Assembly
for
Linear Track
and
Bowl
as needed to suit the type of component that is being processed.
