Select the area “ Trusted sites ”.
Click on “ Custom Level ” and check if the following items:
•
“Initialize and script Active X controls not marked as safe” is selected as “Enable” or “
Prompt”
•
“Download insigne Active X controls” is selected as “Enable” or “Prompt”
Make sure that the Protection Level is set as “ Low ”. If the Protection Level is not set, set it as Low and
click on “Re-Set”. Select OK to confirm.
Click the item “ Sites ”.
