7.5 MISCELLANEOUS PARTS
7.5.1 Transducers Holders and Cable Hooks
The transducer holder with integrated cable hook mounts to a table edge with a simple screw clamp. No tools are
required.

7.6 RETURNING PARTS FOR SERVICE/REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
Once any part is determined to be defective, the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process must be initiated.

7.6.1 Transducers
When shipping transducers for service/repair/replacement, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that each
transducer meets the requirements laid out in
11.4 Shipping Transducers for Service .
Note: For best results, Ultrasonix recommends removing the transducer holders before cleaning ( 11.2.6 ). This will
allow the operator to clean all the various curves and folds in a more effective manner.
Note: For specific details on the transducers, refer to 7.6.1 .
Note: The RMA number must always be clearly written on the outside of the packaging.
