when the engine key is in the “ON” position and the
electronic control box switch is in the “SPINNER
AND CONVEYOR” position. Electricity will either
be on or off, no variable amperage.
● The wire in Pin 4 is labeled “SPINNER DUMP” and
goes to the solenoid coil S2 on the hydraulic valve
block. The wire is positive (+). Power is present only
when the engine key is in the “ON” position and the
electronic control box switch is in the “SPINNER” or
“SPINNER AND CONVEYOR” position. Electricity
will either be on or off, no variable amperage.
● The wire in Pin 5 is labeled “Throttle” goes to the
throttle control connector for the electromagnet
on the engine. The wire is positive (+). Power is
present only when the engine key is in the “ON”
position and the electronic control box switch is in
the “OFF” position.
Relay Socket Wires
The relay activates the power that is sent to the engine
throttle electromagnet. The relay is located above the
starter on the engine.
● Wire is labeled “Throttle” where is plugs into the relay
base is positive (
+
) and is the electrical power
IN
to
activate the relay. Electrical power is only present
in the wire when the key is in the “ON” or “START”
● The wire in Pin 2 labeled “CAN HIGH” is for electrical
signals between the electronic control box and the
CAN receiver. The wire is positive (
+
). The wire
will only have voltage (
+
) present when the ignition
switch key is in the “ON” position and “Start” position
and the electronic control box is in the “ON” position
the Spinner and Conveyor.
● The wire in Pin 3 labeled “CAN LOW” is for electrical
signals between the electronic control box and the
CAN receiver. The wire is positive (
+
). The wire
will only have voltage (
+
) present when the ignition
switch key is in the “ON” position and “Start” position
and the electronic control box is in the “ON” position
the Spinner and Conveyor.
Black Connector:
The five wires in the black connector
are all signals going out to the solenoid coils in the
hydraulic valve block and to the engine throttle control
electromagnet relay.
● The wire in Pin 1 is labeled “SPINNER PROP” and
goes to the solenoid coil PF2 on the hydraulic
valve block. The wire is positive (+). Power is
present only when the engine key is in the “ON”
position and the electronic control box switch is in
the “SPINNER” or “SPINNER AND CONVEYOR”
positions. Electrical power (amperage) in this line
will be variable depending on the signal sent by
the CAN receiver. Amperage will increase as the %
displayed in the control box increases.
● The wire in Pin 2 is labeled “BELT PROP” and goes to
the solenoid coil PF2 on the hydraulic valve block.
The wire is positive (+). Power is present only
when the engine key is in the “ON” position and the
electronic control box switch is in the “SPINNER
AND CONVEYOR” position. Electrical power
(amperage) in this line will be variable depending
on the signal sent by the CAN receiver. Amperage
will increase as the % displayed in the control box
increases.
● The wire in Pin 3 is labeled “BELT DUMP” and goes
to the solenoid coil S1 on the hydraulic valve block.
The wire is positive (+). Power is present only
