Green Preset Buttons:
Presets are spinner and conveyor speed combinations.
Press A, B, or C to operate at factory settings.
● “A” Factory settings = 85% spinner speed & 85% Belt Speed.
● “B” Factory settings = 45% spinner speed & 45% Belt Speed.
● “C” Factory settings = 30% spinner speed & 80% Belt Speed.
To change and save a preset at a new speeds
(with no “L” in display)
● Press the green preset button you want to change.
● Use Spinner and Conveyor Belt speed switches to change to desired speeds. Preset button letter
will disappear from display.
● Press and hold the preset button you are changing until that preset designation reappears on the
display. Preset is now changed and saved to that preset button.
Yellow Lockout Button:
“L” is in display when locked - no “L” when unlocked
To Lock the Presets from being able to be changed -
● Press and hold yellow button for 5 seconds – “L” will start flashing. Release yellow button.
● Bring both Spinner speed to 0% and Belt speed to 0%. Lockout will now be activated. An “L” will
be displayed. Your presets are now locked.
To Unlock the Presets so they can be changed -
● Press and hold yellow button for 5 seconds – “L” will start flashing. Release yellow button
● Deactivate lockout by changing Spinner speed to 15% and Belt speed to 30% (1530).
No “L” displayed. Your presets are unlocked and can be manually changed.
Yellow “A” Preset
Displays “LCD CONT” LCD contrast change
● Press and hold the Yellow button, then toggle between screens with the “B” & “C” buttons.
● Press button “B” to change LCD setting up or “C” to change down.
Yellow “C” Preset
Displays Information and Diagnostic Modes
● Press and hold the Yellow button, then toggle between screens with the “B” & “C” buttons.
● System status: lets the user know which electrical circuit is not functioning correctly. Will Display
“OK” or an “EC01” to “EC07” error code. Compare any error code list on front of CAN receiver.

at 0. Use Conveyor speed switch to control belt speed.

- Unlock presets,
Spinner Speed Now Becomes Cross Conveyor Speed Control.
