Job Retention Deletion
The procedure for setting Job Retention Deletion is explained below.

In the Sys. Menu/Count. menu, press the  or 
key to select [Document Box].

Press the OK key. The Document Box menu
appears.

Press the  or  key to select [Job Box].

Press the OK key. The Job Box screen appears.

Press the  or  key to select [Job Ret. Deletion].

Press the OK key. The Job Retention Deletion
screen appears.
7
Press the  or  key to select the period that jobs
are retained.
8
Press the OK key. The Job Box screen reappears.
