Replacement Procedures

Installing the LCD unit/FL Inverter

The following describes the procedure for installing the LCD unit/FL inverter (See Figure 4-
68 to 4-71).

Install the

LCD supports

to the LCD unit and secure them with the following

screws

•

M2.0

S-THIN HEAD screw

CAUTION:

When installing a new right LCD support, stick two insulators in place.

Stick the insulator to the
LCD support in which
the arrow and “B4” are
marked.

Stick the insulator aligning to
the wall of the LCD support.

Insulator

Stick the insulator aligning to
the edge of hole of the LCD
support.

Hole

Front

Stick the insulator
in this position.
(Put metal plate
between
insulators.)

Back

Stand the

LCD unit

on the LCD cover and connect the

LCD cable

to the connector

on the back of LCD unit.

Stick two

glass tapes

on the connectors of the LCD unit.

Install the LCD unit and secure it with the following

screws
