Linux Installation

Log in by root.

Place the Magnia Z310/Z310R Linux Install CD in the CD-ROM drive. Mount the CD.

Move to the directory in which the rpm package of the Linux version of Magnia
Software Access Point is located.

Install the Linux version of Magnia Software Access Point, using the rpm command.
The following are installation examples for a version called 1.0-0.

Red Hat 7.0, 1CPU

Red Hat 7.0, 2CPU

TurboLinux 6.1, 1CPU

TurboLinux 6.1, 2CPU
Continuing with the example above, execute the following command when an
upgrade from 1.0-0 to 1.1-0 occurs.

NOTE: Use the rpm command to install the Linux version of the Magnia Software
Access Point.
# mount /mnt/cdrom
# cd /mnt/cdrom/toshiba/TSAP/RPMS
# rpm –i tsap-2.2.16-22-1.0-0.i386.rpm
# rpm –i tsap-2.2.16-22enterprise-1.0-0.i386.rpm
# rpm –i tsap-2.2.16-9-1.0-0.i386.rpm
# rpm –i tsap-2.2.16-9smp-1.0-0.i386.rpm
# rpm –U tsap-2.2.16-22-1.1-0.i386.rpm
# rpm –U tsap-2.2.16-22enterprise-1.1-0.i386.rpm
