Windows NT 4.0 Quick Installation

Domain/Workgroup Setting

Specify the domain or workgroup to which your computer belongs.

1

Enter the name of a domain or workgroup. 

To make this server a part of a domain for the first time, check the box next to Create 
Computer Account.

2

In the Administrator text box, enter the name of the manager or administrator 
account who has permission to add computers to the specified domain.

3

In the Password text box, enter the password of the domain manager account.

4

In the Confirm Password text box, reenter the password.

5

Click Next and the Update Driver Settings screen displays.

NOTE: Do not use double-quote marks (“) in any item.

NOTE: If the server has already been registered for the domain or you want to make 
this server a part of the workgroup, click NEXT.
