 GL-1020 Administrator’s Guide

Administrators can delete jobs that are not currently printed, edit 
the copy count of proof jobs, and release proof and scheduled 
jobs.

End users can delete jobs that are not currently printed, edit the 
copy count of proof jobs, and release their own proof and 
scheduled jobs.

Sample Scan Jobs page

The Scan Jobs page displays links to the lists of scan jobs.

The Scan tab has two subtabs:

Scan Jobs

 allows you to view the list of current scan jobs, and 

to delete jobs from the queue

„

Templates

 allows you to create, edit and delete scan templates 

and template groups.

Job Types

The job types are:
