The Type column only appears when you’ve selected all jobs. On
a Proof jobs page an extra column displays the number of copies.
Both administrators and end users can edit this column.
Job Information
For each job, the list displays:
Document Name—is the file name of the document
Status—displays a word that describes the current activity. For
scheduled jobs, Status shows the scheduled print date.
Owner—a name that identifies the person that initiated the job.
Number of Pages—the total number of pages in the job.
Size—the size of the file.
Time and Date—the time and date the job was submitted.
Type of Job—current, Private, Proof, etc.
Actions
The check mark column allows you to take action on multiple
jobs at the same time. Clicking the check-all button at the top of
the column either selects or deselects all jobs.

Discussion
Cancelled - Expired
The private print or proof job has been cancelled
because it did not get released within the
specified time period.
Completed
The job printed successfully.
Deleted
The user deleted the job.
Printing
The controller is printing the job.
Processing
The controller is ripping the job. The copier has
not started printing yet.
Ready
The private print or proof job has been ripped
and is ready to be released.
Scheduled for xxxxxx
The scheduled print job has been ripped and is
waiting for the scheduled time or to be released.
Unknown
The controller is initiating the job.
Unserviceable,
Internal Error
A problem within the controller has occurred
that makes it impossible to complete the job.
Waiting
The job has been ripped and may or may not
have been transferred to the copier. The copier
has not started printing.
